Can someone please add a composer breakdown? Thanks. Or is it not known who did what for the arcade version?

Virtua Fighter & Virtua Fighter 2 MUSIC TRACKS apparently has a breakdown that covers most of the tracks here (source is ultimately this page).

Takayuki Nakamura & Takenobu Mitsuyoshi: 1, 4, 7~10, 16
Takayuki Nakamura: 2, 3, 13, 22, 23
Akiko Hashimoto: 5, 6
Takenobu Mitsuyoshi: 11, 14, 15
Takayuki Nakamura, Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, Akiko Hashimoto: 12
??: 17~21

JASRAC agrees with all of this and gives track 18 to Nakamura too. 17 & 19~21 are credited to all three, which I think here means "we don't know who did it so we're crediting everyone" instead of "all three people composed this ten second jingle."

I added new images for this one: booklet (front, back, pages), disc, and back. My copy doesn't have the Obi, so I left the small image and deleted the previous ones that I replaced.

Those seem to be all composed by Akiko Hashimoto. At least, in Takayuki Nakamura's liner notes, his description of Hashimoto is that she composed Pai's theme, Shun's theme and the short jingles.

EDIT: Some additional info that supports this - Those 4 jingles, as they're placed in the game's data, come right before both of Hashimoto's character themes. The Stage Clear jingle credited to Nakamura comes way earlier. See Sega Retro's list of music in data order for reference.
