According to Yukie Marikawa's page on Japanese Wikipedia, Yukie Kato is her maiden name and she is the composer for Hard Shot:

Yeah it's a little odd since Marikawa was used before this (on Nostalgia and Presence), did she change it back? Just happened to be used on this release? Or is Wikipedia confused and Kato is her married name?

This is also another appearance of the mysterious Kazuhide Sasuga pseudonym(?)...
