"YingyingEi"(缨缨Ei) is a Chinese name. Since bunny rhyTHm has not provided an official translation, I use the Chinese pinyin reading "YingyingEi" as the latin name, and "イーンイーンエイ" also reflects the Chinese pronunciation. Same goes for "LiuyunMiruku"(琉芸Miruku). As for "Chizuru Oni"（鬼千鶴）, it is a Japanese name.
Additionally, bunny rhyTHm actives in China and has released Chinese-language songs like this. They just use Japanese for international platforms like YouTube, similar to other Chinese cirlces like Yonder Voice.
