A bunch of the lyrics credits on CD Bros. Theme Song Collection are to "井筒日美 (山根かつみ)"

All of the songs there are registered on JASRAC to Himi Izutsu, except one to Katsumi Yamane. Several of those Izutsu songs appear on her reference page for Yamane: http://www.ann.hi-ho.ne.jp/izutsu/shYamaneKa.htm

So I guess Takt-W/Katsumi Yamane is the same person as Himi Izutsu ???
