So the CD jacket has a misprint and doesn't have tracks 20 and 21. I reached out to the composer and got the corrected tracklisting. The tracks are called:

20 Suisui boat
21 Taiyo desert

Tokuhiko Uwabo should be credited as a composer if we're cool with going by in-game credits like here. The arrangements are very faithful to the originals: https://youtu.be/PxzFIug3tKk (the main motif here seems to open some of the new tracks too).
