I am 90% sure track 8 of Disc 2 Get the Research Data! (リサーチデータ、ゲットやで！) is an arrange of a Western mainstream instrumental song.

Google won't be able to help because I would have no idea which keyword to search for so I'll need other people's ears and memory for this one.

If it's not an arrange, then it sounds remarkably similar to the one I heard.

I haven't heard this album myself, but Chris's SEMO review says it's a "potentially sickening parody of 'Popcorn.'" I assume that's referring to the Gershon Kingsley piece: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OSRCemf2JHc. Does that sound right to you?
