Default CAPCOM-003: ROCKMAN Arrange Version - ROCKMAN SPECIAL CD
No luck to get this on freedb gateway, even after entering the correct CD times (according to foobar).

It's better to use a program like EAC which gives you the exact time. foobar and other media players tend to always round the same way, which leads to problems with freedb I believe.

The problem is known. I explained right into this thread http://vgmdb.net/forums/showthread.p...2497#post12497

It does not matter if you are using foobar or EAC, the outcome will be the same. Zorbfish is working on a fix for that problem.

Changed the album notes. I don't see no techno here, it's mostly guitar driven rock. Awesome album btw.

Edited the notes and composer field with known original music composers information for both "ROCKMAN SPECIAL CD" releases.
