Changed the release date to 1996, as this was a CD one could purchase (?) by sending an application form which was enclosed in the original PC-98 game package. I read the fee was 2,000 yen, yet we still need a solid source. Suruga-ya says it's Dec 08, 2000, but I don't know where it came from. The game was re-released as part of Elf Otona no Kanzume around that time (with new music, apparently), but I don't think we were given an opportunity to order this album...
