Default MLCD-0813: Vladivostok FM: Music From and Inspired by Grand Theft Auto IV
A couple questions:

1. Where do all the artist names come from? Is there a list somewhere that shows what tracks they composed/performed?

2. Did this release come out on the same day as the iTunes release, or did one predate the other?
