I own this album and the infos given on this website are well the same as in the back jacket and inside the booklet.
I don't find a good scan of the back jacket on the web so I will try to add a photo later.
Curiously Columbia Orchestra is not credited for the performance anywhere in this album (unlike the original vinyl), so I hesitate to add it. However, I think I can add it in this album page. What do you think about that?
