Default KICA-1009: Criminal's Night ~ music from CYBER CITY OEDO 808
I am curious about this album.. it's actually referenced to be the original soundtrack for the PC-Engine game.

But the game was released the 15th march 1991.
(while this cd was released on May 1990).

Did they make the music before the game..? (almost 1 year..)
Is this cd related to anime instead?
