A friend of mine gave me this album via this system, but he had to be able to download it as well as listen to it (I don't see how else he could have got it otherwise). The tags were also included in the mp3 files in Japanese.

I looked it up on the internet, apparently there was a post on reddit where one of the owners of the digital edition posted a picture where he can download it.

so it must be downloadable.
