I guess there should be a japanese tracklist for this?

The original tracklisting is actually in English on the official site.

Shouldn't this be a reprint of this album.

The first disc for both is a 25-track CD with all the same tracks and the second disc is a 21-track DVD with the same components (9 bonus tracks, 9 5.1 mixes, and 3 videos)

It looks that way, assuming there are no differences in that last track.

The fact that this version has "Japanese subtitles not available on DVD." in its notes section makes me believe that the videos are the same, English ones.

As for the last track, I think the (All Sloppy/No Joe) is just a subtitle. It's still Insignificantia (lol irony) either way; none of the others have anything like that, but they still appear 100% the same.

Having the same exact cover in today's worldwide release system doesn't help differentiate it from the original version, either.
