Default add Spotify links

I think we should add Spotify links to albums so we can listen to them for free legally.

Yeah, Spotify links to albums that are in Spotify wouldn't be bad idea.

This would be sweet! Specially since finding VGM albums in Spotify is such a pain due to lack of good tags.

Just out of curiosity, was anything official ever decided about this? Only wondering because I've got one album on Spotify, and a second planned for the near future.

I guess it's the wave of the future...as much as I love physical media...

We already add iTunes and Amazon links in the website section, so what's the harm in adding a permanent Spotify link?

spotify created alot of updates and they truly elevated their features compare before. i think spotify will go beyond your suggestion in the near future and users like us will definitely love spotify even more.

I think one big reason Spotify wasn't considered in the past is the streaming nature. Normally, you add links to storefronts ('available at' section) where you can buy individual album from (and download it if it's digital).

I'm aware Spotify offers music download for offline use (to premium subscribers and technically limited to 3333 songs) but it's still a streaming service primarily.

However if site administrators are fine with adding Spotify links, then there's no problem.

A glorified playlist though.
