Question 2 strange members

Giving a look at who's online I noticed some members that are not normal (you can't click on their name) and not guests. They are called as "MSNbot Spider" and "Google Spider" and I'd wish to know who, or rather what, they are? A kind of MSN/Google activity to scan internet pages for their search functions? I guess yes, but more details would be appreciated.

That's exactly what they are. They are automated processes that scour the internet, indexing it for their search engines. Normally they'd just show up as guests, but vBulletin identifies the most common ones.
