I think we all understand that over the years a lot of inconsistencies have developed and a lot of older albums haven't been gone over like they should. This happens anywhere and everywhere; you put something down in a database, and then it becomes "hard" to change because everyone used you as a source and thus everyone is familiar with what you used.
Why are the GD albums this way in the first place? The other albums might need to be changed too! It's kinda silly to have roomaji written in "normal" case simply because it's roomaji. At least with these older Scitron albums and such, it's very clear that [for the purposes of a title] a Japanese phrase is treated as equal to an all caps Roman one; see GD/LR and TMPGD, for example.
I'm sorry, but this is yet another reason why anything but the source is a poor move, another case of always being less "readable" because you're forcing guesses and made-up things instead of looking to those things as a last resort. The source can be confusing as is...
