If anyone has any actual details on track 10, that would be amazing.

I'm not sure if track 9 is an arrangement of a track that's from a game or not. The original is on a couple of albums published by Triumphal Records:

Eternal Promise
Composition: Hida
Vocals: Mahiru Sonoda (園田まひる)
Lyrics: Fan (ふぁん)

It's on at least the Triumphal Records Vocal Collection and Eternal Promise single. I don't know if it's a game song, anime song, original piece, or what.

EDIT: The liner notes for the track could help.

It's a doujin song for Kimi ga Nozomu Eien. However it should be an original work, since the composer isn't associated with the game at all. I'll have to listen to it to make sure.

(Incidentally Mahiru Sonoda is an alias for Rita).
