I'm in no way sure if "鎌谷千佳子=Chikako Kamatani" or "長井和彦=Kazuhiko Nagai", but they seemed the most likely matches.

edit: Since it seems one "K.Nagai" did the music for Golden Axe: The Duel (link) and since the Golden Axe: The Music entry has him named Kazuhiko I guess we can take that as ample proof of "長井和彦=Kazuhiko Nagai".

edit2: Does anyone knows what the track title エンジェルンルン is supposed to mean?

エンジェルンルン seems like "angel" and "runrun" (apparently one of those psychomimes meaning "bouyant happiness") mashed together. "Angerunrun" perhaps?
