It says on the official site this is to be released on the GUNBOY label but still has Lantis and Bandai Visual as publisher and distributor so I'm not sure what role GUNBOY has here.

what is wrongly called "publisher" is actually the manufacturer i.e. lantis

Thanks for the scans Porter. I ran out of time so I couldn't search for many romanizations (especially for the chorus members), I'll try to take a look some other time unless someone else wants to have fun with them
