I just added this one to the database. I have a copy of it on order, so I'll add the rest of the images and any additional credits I can get from the printed materials once it arrives.

My copy came in so I added images: booklet (front, back, inside), disc 1, disc 2. As far as I know, there was never an Obi with it.

There are no track names for the drama disc (disc 1), but I added track times. I added track names and track times for disc 2. Also, the booklet lists disc 2 as an arrange album, but I'm not sure if any of the vocal tracks also appear in the game as is. So I just added "arrangement" to the album type for now.

Lastly, when I ripped disc 1 onto my computer, there were track names entered into the database. I'll list those here, but I'm not sure if they're official or not, or what the source is.
