I added new images for this one: case (front, back), insert (front, back). The current disc image is good, but I think the other old ones can be deleted.
I don't believe this one came with an Obi. I've never seen a copy with one and the old low-res "Case Front" image (which was taken from a listing on Amazon, I believe) looks like it's sealed and there is no Obi.

According to the image on the game box, seen here ( https://fandc.co.jp/dreamsoft/e_night/en_related.html ), this was a bonus enclosure with the first-press edition of the game.
