Default UPCI-1014: FREEDOM PIANO STORIES 4 / Joe Hisaishi
According to CD Japan's listing, the sheet music was a first pressing bonus. My copy, which I bought about a year after its release, did not come with it.

So this is where this is coming... The longtime classic soundtrack from Howl's Moving Castle... which is, in the end, a rearranged version of the soundtrack that now everybody like... (including me)
