This is absolutely unrelated to VGM or anime and is not part of a famous composer discography we could fill.
Too bad the user submitted a dozen of entries like this one.

It's because we composed OSTs for games and animations such as "Heartstring Bugs", "War of the Shy Guys OST", "House of Seasons OST", and "Legen dof the Piper Girl OST". Those are for productions.

But I noticed that famous composers have their Original works up on this site as well, is it so bad to do the same for yourself?

Please let me know if this is wrong, but I don't see any problems, except that the albums are not added to "TheTwinsCompositions" profile page, do I have to do something for that to happen?
I don't know if you saw, but that would be the profile to add it to.

Please help me with this.

Sorry for the double post.

Did you read the note?
It's in reference to the piece "For Larson".

If it's that big of a problem, I will remove it.

Edit: I removed it, I can see how it can be annoying, it's in a link in the links section anyway.

Quoting myself from this thread:

Problems arise when regular joe adds his shitload of albums, where some of them are already in the DB, some clearly don't belong here and all of them are of poor submission quality (so staff has to fix them).
This should be removed. And while we're at it, most of these as well.

I must say though, the quality of the submission is not poor, nor do they need editing, since all of the information is there.

The only think is posting them into "TheTwinsCompositions" profile page.

http://vgmdb.net/artist/13596

If adding the Solo works is not possible, please add these OST that were actually on a production.

http://vgmdb.net/album/37398
http://vgmdb.net/album/37393
http://vgmdb.net/album/37392

Thank you very much.

I'm sorry if adding Solo Work was not a good idea, even though it's an option.
I will continue to upload OSTs from projects that we composed on, since that is what this site is for.

Keep pursuing your dreams! ~ Wynn

more like a biography than a review actually
that sort of things hasn't its place in the notes

afterwards, it'll be what?
"this album has been composed on a sunny day where birds was singing..."
"tribute to my mom"
seriously, don't put your life and thoughts/opinion in notes, it's not made for that

I said in the previous post (On the album's thread) that I deleted it, you don't have to get angry with me.
Sorry about causing a mess with these solo productions.

But please keep the 4 that I mentioned above since those actually were on Video Games, and Shorts.

I.E. Legend of the Piper Girl, War of the Shy Guys, House of Seasons, Heartsting Bugs

Thank you very much for clearing this up!

You guys should have a guide for posting albums that is easier to find, I looked up the one in the forums and it didn't say anything like what I was doing was wrong.
Also many other composers have albums up without having VGM music on it, but I guess they have more of a right, being more popular and all, oh well.

Thank you, again.

Thank you very much for the help guys, please delete this submission, but I still would like the four I mentioned above to be placed on http://vgmdb.net/artist/13596.

Sorry for all the trouble.

Thank you.

Blame the smart guy who decided to put Joe Hisaishi discography in here.

Original works from composers related to games is one thing. Soundtracks for movies not related to anime or game... is another thing... a Thing that does not belong here.

The completion of artist discographies is reserved for notable people. And yes, Hisaishi is undoubtly a notable composer in the domain of eastern animation scoring. Hence his discography _does_ belong here.

Obviously that doesn't apply to TheTwinsCompositions.

I understand that, but you don't have to put people down to make your point.
All composers start somewhere.
Please don't act like someone who wants to start a fight with someone who wants to learn about how the site works. Like I said in previous posts, nothing on this site said that I couldn't do this, and you're making it sound like it's obvious.
Please stop being negative.
I've stopped putting up the works, and isn't it simple to delete the ones that do not belong?

Please, keep the ones that are on productions, IE,

http://vgmdb.net/album/37398
http://vgmdb.net/album/37393
http://vgmdb.net/album/37392

And place them here: http://vgmdb.net/artist/13596

Please, delete these.

http://vgmdb.net/album/37391
http://vgmdb.net/album/37405
http://vgmdb.net/album/37404
http://vgmdb.net/album/37403
http://vgmdb.net/album/37402

Thank you.

Thanks for trying to help RomanticScent.
But I have no right to try and change how the site is run (Even though it's not obvious), I assumed that all music related to a composer who works on anime and games could post all of their work up here.

Just because LiquidAcid has not heard of us, doesn't mean we are not known somewhere else.

I just don't get why albums like this are accepted http://vgmdb.net/album/37381 when they are not related to VGM at all, except for the fact that they worked on some ZUN cover albums.
That's why I waited to compose some works that we could release as a VGMOST or animation OST, and then post everything up, but it's still not right?

See how that can be confusing for me?

And you cannot defend this fact by saying "the group is notable", yes, they are notable somewhere in japan I'm sure, but I've never heard of them, so I listened to them, and I liked their music.
Did you do the same LiquidAcid?
Now I'm putting you down. But shouldn't you like music more for working on a site about music? You didn't even give us a chance.
You could of just explained clearly, without any bias, the rules that were not obvious.
I don't like telling people what to do when they should already know what to do.

Please delete the posts I mentioned above, and move the work that are on production to the respected areas, and there will be no more problems.

LiquidAcid, you guys should make it more obvious on the site, that when you post an album, what you can post, and what you cannot.

I'm sounding like a broken record now, I've looked it up before I submitted albums, and there was no problem.

Thank you very much.
