CWF-0102-3: Byousoku 5 Centimeter Original Soundtrack

I've already edited this, but forgot to explain, so I'll do that now, (better late than never).

Changed few kanji because they didn't match with the ones on the scans and added English tracklist, I hope very much in context (I've seen this movie too, god damn it's so depressing).
I thought about 桜花抄 and left it only as "Cherry Blossom" - first part of the movie is also called 桜花抄 and official (not a fansub) translation really was Cherry Blossom, so should be good. I didn't know how to deal with 抄, as a word I got:
1: (Obsolete term) excerpt; extract;
2: annotation;
3: shou (unit of volume, approx. 1.8 ml);
and kanji meaning: copy/extract/selection.

so I left it out.

I think it's safe to say that the kanji refers to the fact that this is a section/excerpt of the 3 part film. Maybe like Part 1/Part 2/Part 3 but a weird way of saying it? I'll defer to someone else but it makes logical sense.
