This is a drama and vocal recording for the popular shoujo manga by the same name. There's actually music throughout all of the drama tracks, the same kind of jazzy tunes fans of Ohno will know from his work on Lupin the Third, etc, so it's not too shabby a disc.

And as usual with LP releases this old there doesn't seem to be a specific release date (day) given.
