Default APCG-9002: Koichi Sugiyama Game Music Works Collection: Melodies of Game...
So, APCG-9002~3 got changed to APCG-9002. I took a look at how this album is cataloged on Japanese sites, and it seems that no one lists it as APCG-9002~3. However, the album does block APCG-9003, so that does imply that APGC-9002~3 is correct.

Can anyone supply a scan of the second disc?
