I can't make out the words before "ドラマCD" on the drama disc. It also looks like there could be more words before 特別編集版 on the soundtrack disc.

Finally got around to tagging my rips. So I'll upload them here.
Concerning the extra text CHz spotted, its : 限定版特典 ("Genteiban Tokuten" meaning Limited Edition Bonus)
It's the same additional text for both Drama and OST CDs.

PS: The package is named 特製デジパック ("Tokusei Digipack") on the cover.

I added new images for this one: case (front, back, inside), both disc. Both trays are just transparent with a white background so I didn't add images for them.
