I took some liberties (pun unintended?) with the track list (removed artists from track name and inserted them appropriately into credit) and artist credit (since they're credited as 'Vs. X', 'feat. X' or the odd 'Lovers DJ Yoshitaka'.) We'll have to see how it's printed on the album.
If anybody has any objections or other thoughts on the matter, please speak up.

Found that tracks 11 and 12 were swapped around in the final cut of Disc 1. It's Bad Maniacs first then ay carumba.
