We'r lacking a new version i found.
It's a promotional pre-release (around the 1st of October) CD with the same 18 tracks.
Package is different though, it use the iTunes cover.

Here are new versions of this soundtrack scans.

I've added the "Disc", and the "Artbook's back & front" (the CD is placed at the end, directly on the hard cover's inside). The only thing that can be deleted is the picture showing the digipack with 2 discs. Maybe it's coming from the US version, but not the European's.
