I only have the disc for this, which just has the game titles and composer info on it, but it incorrectly credits Yoko Kanno for the Kouryuuki tracks. Not sure if the inserts do the same.

Yes it does. Going from the track times these are most likely the same arrangements as track 02 & 12 from KECH-1040.

I don't have KECH-1040 but yes, I would assume so considering others in this series also use arrangements from existing Koei albums.

Those two tracks are indeed the same as the ones on KECH-1040.
