I'll see what I can do. I know you're an equally big Armored Core music fan as I am!

Thanks, Mattias When will you release the regular edition? There will be one, yes? I'm dying for more Armored Core music!

The regular edition has yet to be finalized, both tracklist-wise and release-form wise. If things goes well a bigger, more music-centered circle could pick this up for the next comiket or M33. I can't physically print stuff myself so I'm hoping to lean on a group or label with this version as the "sparker of interest".

In any case there will be a free digital edition available in FLAC/MP3.

Bad news, the stock is very limited because of the short notice of production so I won't be getting any more copies to distribute. Anyone interested in this will have to get it from someone at Comiket or second-hand.

Please take comfort in that the final album will not be as limited!

I hope to get a chance to hear the final album! What are your favorite soundtracks in the series, Mattias? AC2 is probably my favorite. My least favorites are AC4 and AC4A. Have you heard about the new AC game? I'm not sure who's doing the soundtrack but I really hope the series returns to its roots, both in gameplay and sound.

Hehe maybe we shouldn't derail the thread TOO much but to answer your questions:

Favorite soundtrack is Nexus. Least favorite I think.. Last Raven. If I owned the AC2 soundtrack I'd probably listen/like it more...

Re: AC5 it looks brilliant. Smaller mechs and less speed is probably a step in the right direction. I still have no idea who's scoring it but judging from the only trailer it sounds like Hoshino's back with more AC4-style music and I'm not complaining. Big fan of those soundtracks (don't hate!).

Typo but it was too late in production so we decided to just go with it :P
