Arranger question.
what exactly does a arranger do? Some game ost's have just one composer, but many Arranger.

I didn't see this mentioned on the initial paragraph of the wiki article, but I often consider altering the instrumentation to be a form of arrangement as well.
There also seems to be a general misunderstanding of what a remix/remastering is these days, too. I see quite a few posts here and on other forums where people are submitting "remixes" or "remasters", when doing such requires the original files from a recording. What they are submitting are in fact usually new recordings and/or arrangements, but people are using the erroneous terms interchangeably.
