I did a quick translation; note that the Of/of/And/and capitalization is deliberate.

Would "desire for conclusion/the end" be a better translation than "lust of conclusion"?

Maybe? The word used has a stronger/more emotional meaning than a 'want', but if you feel "desire" is clear enough, well. It can be rendered in a number of ways ('Last Desire') but I simply tried to keep the naming style.

To confirm, whether you went capital or not depends on whether "no" "na" "to" (or other participles) were Hiragana or Katakana, yes?

EDIT -- packaging scans are up. Liner notes on pg. 03-04 if anyone wants to translate. Yoko Taro's looks like a dialogue between two characters, who laugh maniacally at the end of their convo...?

I think it was done that way to match the different katakana/hiragana.
