Should this also be classified as arrangement? Tracks 1, 10, and 13 are live string versions that don't appear anywhere in-game or on the full OST album.

Good point, credits are also way more extensive due to those arrangements. I'm applying some changes...

I was looking at some Japanese reviews for this album and I think a couple of them were saying that Karma on this release had some subtle noise at the beginning, but I could just be misunderstanding. Would anyone be able to confirm if this is true?

There is, but it's just cutoff from the previous track because for this release they made it so promise ~live~ leads directly into Karma. I think the tracks sound great together, but if you just want Karma on its own there are probably better cuts of it.
