This alleged 8 cm CD seems really mysterious? Can't find any info on the original besides what D4 says about it.

Hiroe Suga wrote BGM too, and the game apparently features arrangements of tunes from one of the manga image albums.

Madou Monogatari entry looks OK, I didn't see any more particularly pertinent info on the site.

As usual, some third party is selling EGG stuff on Amazon.
I have no idea if they ship outside of Japan. If they don't, I guess it doesn't matter, since you'll have to use a shopping service anyway, and then you might as well buy directly from EGG.

shouldn't the discs be separated submissions?
The soundtrack has catalog number, and the 8cm cd has another.
They are both in separated cases.

I will make an entry for the single. if its not acpeted just deleted it

No, if the albums are only available together as a set, which these are, then they should be part of the same entry. Don't submit the 8 cm disc separately.

The original mail-order 8 cm disc from 1990 or whenever should eventually get its own entry, though, if someone can dig up enough information about it.

just put the "main" cd catalog, generally, "main" cds catalog are used without bonus catalog
ex: evangelion cd box

In the "Media Information" section of the album edit page, you can set the second disc's catalog number to whatever it is (hit "next" to move to disc 2).

RomanticScent, now that you have added the information about the bonus 8cm CD, you can still create an entry for the original print as this one is a reprint.

Basically, all data is same except release date, no price as it was a gift... Publisher should be Gainax or the game publisher.

You got the copy , right?
It's just a perfect reprint. There's only one side with a cover (back one), right? Only release date should change and publisher...

yes. back cover only. more like a sheet because its not glued to the plastic structure as its normally seen.
Reprint, ok, but the original is the same disc design (drawings on the disc) as this one?
you have infos fro publisher and release date? Is the name of the disc equal to what it says in my disc? And the catalog should be different right?
