Not 100% positive, but this profile says that YouTube guy did game music and this guy on Twitter says they're the same, so it seems pretty good.

Too bad he wasn't actually playing the Otamatone. (still ruled)

I noticed on several of his videos that he was replying to comments in English, so I just asked him~

I asked Mr. Watanabe if he's composed for anything besides Death Crimson, and it looks like that's his only game work. He has done a few films, though.
