I wonder if this album might not have been released for the PS2 port of the game. According to wiki the original arcade version was released in 2001 and then the PS2 port in 2002, which matches the release date of this album more closely. Anyone know?

This is the original Arcade soundtrack. The PS2 soundtrack is arranged. I've heard both; they're different (same compositions though).

EDIT: Actually, the PS2 version may be missing some of the tracks from this album, but I can't verify this.
