The Chorus is Suginami Junior Chorus [杉並児童合唱団] is a children's chorus I reckon it should be put under Children's Chorus.

I'm still not sure what an Off Shot Movie is either. I think it might be a Behind-The-Scenes movie? But then that's a Making Off-shot, which I don't know what it is. My best guess is something like a Making Of... movie or something similar. Even if that's correct, I'm struggling to think of a good word for that. I guess I'll just add Making Off-shot Producer as its own role, if this only shows up under that name then not much will be lost, if it shows up under a better name hopefully it can be fixed.
