Added a digital version because apparently CD is suppose to have more tracks, 17 (compared to digital's 14) according to a product reviewer on Amazon.de
Quote:
- the soundtrack CD with 17 tracks in the white paper sleeve
The white paper sleeve checks out so hopefully the info about 17 tracks is also correct.

And this one is a Polish version which doesn't have a white sleeve, soundtrack CD is placed inside the case behind game's disc.

I can confirm that the physical CD has 17 tracks. It does however not come with any kind of information about the tracks whatsoever.
After comparing the track lengths it seems the 14 digital tracks are represented on track 2-15 on this CD, in the same order. Track 1 and 17 are songs sung by a choir, and track 16 is the opening narration.
I looked around the internet for a while searching for a tracklisting, but was unable to find anything at all. I then started the game and checked the credits. Four songs are credited there, with complete information about each one.

Only the first two are on the CD though. When you listen to the lyrics there's no doubt about which song is which.
"Samson Samson - Salvation Church Children's Hymn" is track 1, and "The Hammer and the Book" is track 17.

The narration is done by "General Vargas", whose voice is done by Marc Graue.

There is no official name for this, so I'm not sure what to call it. "Opening Narration" maybe, or "Opening Cinematic", or simply "Opening". I'll leave that to someone else.

The CD has two sets of numbers printed on the front, that could be the catalog number. Both of these are printed clearly in white text underneath the copyright text, with line breaks, and are in this order:
1002891LAINT
00140811-01

I'm at a loss here, and don't know if any of them could be considered the catalog number for the CD.

Edit: I'm not sure why, but Nathan Long never shows up in the composer field, even though he's listed as one when I try to edit the album info.

Good stuff.
Nathan Long had to be assigned as an artist and updated, so now he shows up. (it's done from Edit > Manage Artists)

As for catalog number, I'm guessing it's the 1st one = 1002891LAINT
There are other games (for PC) published by Deep Silver that have numbers on discs similar to 00140811-01, not exactly sure what to make of it but here are some examples (underneath ECD numbers) :
Spoiler:

Does game disc have any numbers? It might help.

The game disc also has two sets of numbers:
901298DLAINT
00140812-01

I took pictures of the discs, since getting my scanner out just for this is too much of a hassle.

Well I think either one of them could be a cat number.

Looks like soundtrack CD was printed first.
00140811-01 = soundtrack disc
00140812-01 = game disc

00140811-01 is connected to Deep Silver, they are handling physical distribution of Wasteland 2.

1002891LAINT. I don't know what it's connected to, but it's unique to the soundtrack disc because the game disc has a different (yet similar) number.

Also I'm changing the publisher from InXile to Deep Silver since this is a physical release and DS are the ones publishing/distributing it.
