This Japanese page seems to confirm Nakazato

jp wikipedia was saying shinji kakishima till I corrected it into shinji kakijima years ago
so be careful while using jp wiki as reference, it's not always correct

She was a Japanese actress, 中里綴 is her pen name as a lyricist. Sadly got killed by the stalker(her ex-husband). Apparently it was the first time in Japan that an actress was killed by a stalker.
I googled Japanese press reports excluding private sites and found out this old scan only.
Surprisingly can see the Hiragana of 中里綴 is just [つづり]. Chances are that つづり might be a hypocorism of なかさと つつる or なかざと つづる, but no obvious clue. Actually つづり is one of Furigana of 綴.

Tried to investigate better after years, search on most of her discography, nothing romanization. There are almost both forms in japanese pages in equal measure. I came into this auction with her autograph, but it's very difficult to understand if that is a "Z" or "S".

Find a "Nakazato" romanization on this Japanese LP [ETP-80018] (on back track 2)
