I currently own this soundtrack still brand new in the original plastic. So, to answer your question, yes it's real.

Yes, my promo SNK CDs (and a Japanese Street Fighter The Movie DVD I own... don't ask) have a similar sticker. It's a not for resale / promo thing.

That's not a sticker. It's part of the artwork. I own this CD. It reads "Music by Kenji Yamamoto".

On the inside it reads:

- Music by Kenji Yamamoto
- Composed and arranged by Kenz
- Recorded by Kenz & cAnON
- Mixed by Kenz
- Pre-Mastered by Kenz

The rest of the info is too long for me to write. Furthermore, the CD was a sample version given out to composers and game developers in 2011, and was not formally/officially released.
