So was there ever an official source that listed this as including a CD? Someone who bought this says it did not include a CD. This person also asked another owner and they also said that theirs didn't come with any CD.

At least there seems to be a rip on the net.

Of course this doesn't answer the question where this album was included with. And the amount of discs also doesn't fit with our informations.

Here's a blog post by someone who bought this, and who confirms that it didn't come with a CD. We wouldn't normally keep an album page for an unconfirmed release, but in this case, maybe we should set it to "other" and include a note about our uncertainty.
