AnimeCast on eBay, do sell legit OSTs?

Has anyone purchased anything from AnimeCast on eBay? Their game soundtrack prices are awfully cheap compared to other places, most at a 50% difference, and I'm trying to find: what's the catch?

Are all the CDs that they sell bootleg copies and isn't selling such copies prohibited on eBay? Some buyers gave them negative feedback because of that, which you can verify using www.toolhaus.org and entering "animecast" in their search engine.
