The lyrics for track 8 is credited to a 黒岩ナツミ (Natsumi Kuroiwa). This could be the same person as the vocalist 723:
7 = na 2 = two = tsu 3 = mi But it's just speculation for now.

it is the same person. Natsumi is indeed 723's name based from some of the tweets during FN2012 and the recent radio live broadcast. and recently she did claimed to enjoy writing lyrics. as for this song, Natsumi Kuroiwa could be possibly be she collaborated with Satoshi Kuroiwa, but that is purely my assumption
the way on how the numbers to represent her name is somewhat can be true, but i also assume it to directly represent Nana Ni(nee?) San. based from her profile in the official website, the team addressed her as big sister, so yea
