It's most definitely something from a sample library. I'll keep these two in mind when I sift through any future libraries I find (I do check out a LOT of sample libraries). I'll at least post in my sample thread if I do find it.

Minor correction...Mitsuda says it is "Zon" in the liners (said with Japanese pronunciation, so sounds like "zone"). He said he added it because there was some extra available sound data while working on that track.

Ongakusei had translated the liners and the info was on Chudahs Corner. Not sure if the translation is anywhere else at the moment.

I have Ongakusei's translations of a few things saved on my hard drive, including, I think, Chrono Cross.

I always feel the voice is also featured in "EXEC_COSMOFLIPS/." of this album. I remember hearing something similar in James Horner's Titanic OST too.

During 2:24 to 2:36, isn't there something like "Zune!" (on the first beat of each bar)? I'd be surprised if it's KOKIA.
