Default SRIN-1026-2: UNDER DEFEAT -SoundTracks- DC Edition
Is this just a combination of tracks from SRIN-1026 (Under Defeat -Sound Tracks-) and T-46704M (Under Defeat -Extended Tracks-)? Or are there any new mixes/arranges?

It's a mix of some sort: the stage themes are taken from "Under Defeat Extended Tracks", while the boss themes are from the original "Under Defeat Soundtracks".

Not the same as the first print in fact.
