Default SSCX-10036: DEWPRISM Original Soundtrack
Disc 1, Track 20 is translated here as "Last Dungeon". Is that correct? I suppose "rasu dan" could be a shortened form of that, but it seems suspicious.

Rasu Dan (Last Dungeon) or Rasu Bosu (Last Boss) is a pretty common abbreviation among JRPG users.

Digital format ..? Your only chance will be iTunes in that case.
I don't know if it is lossless or not, but you can buy it there (iTunes)
The 2006 CD album is still available and should be your first pick.

On Disc 2, "Song of Sorrow" is listed on both track 9 and 16. Track 9 is clearly the boss theme, which was known as "Confrontators" back in the early days of Chudah's site. Maybe we can get an even better translation than this or even "Those Blocking The Way" as listed in the unnofficial English tab ?

maybe "road blockers" or to avoid the double r*d* in the track order "path to pass"

edit: that "song of sorrow" doublon is prolly an error from itunes because the track clearly doesn't mean that

or god eater ost 1.12 / 2.17 (edit: doublons in general, not just localization errors)
