I've changed the tracklist in order to list the DVD (SQEX-20004) as well as the 2 CDs (SQEX-20005 and 6) and I've added the Japanese tracklist. Also, "Tina's Theme" is actually called "Terra's Theme" in Distant Worlds II so I've decided to use her Western name here as well.

Hmm, so where do these credits come from? Asking because I noticed that the "Aerith's Theme" track doesn't seem to be credited? It's track 10 on both the DVD and audio disc 1 (SQEX-20005), but in the credits track 10 suddenly becomes the Chocobo Medley 2010...

My mistake. I've corrected the credits.

Maybe SQEX-10335~6 but I'm not so sure about '1'.

It's the TGS2012 version. SQEX-10335~6 looks about right.
Tracklist here: http://www.square-enix.co.jp/music/sem/page/event_cd/
there seem to be some differences to the DVD version because this has 5 tracks more

Be careful, guys. I'm pretty sure these are not orchestral recordings of the concerts, but rather compilations of the original music sourced. The covers and track listings for this and this match what's listed here. The Distant Worlds album looks like it follows suit.

Having such compilations available is fine, especially for casual fans, as long as they're clearly marketed. I remember back when the More Friends / Dear Friends CDs were being sold, a lot of people assumed they were orchestral recordings and ended up getting very angry. Wow... that was seven years ago.

This is correct -- SQEX-10335~6 is a compilation of original game music, not a live recording. The obi explains this in Japanese but not everyone can read that.

Not a fan of these kind of compilations with confusingly similar names. I think most game music fans recognize Distant Worlds as a live concert series and would be disappointed to mistakenly buy a compilation of OST tracks.
