Not sure how reliable it might be, but these are the credits:

編曲・演奏/水谷薫(2)~(6)、ウルトラマンクラブバンド(1)(8)(9)
歌/ウルトラマンクラブバンド(1)

It's the only site that mentions "水谷薫" with "POCH-2009", and only as arranger. 水谷薫 is a composer for the Ultraman series, but do we know for sure he scored this game?

A possible composer is Kenji Eno.
