Not sure if he have more left now, but you could buy these directly from Nathan if you dm'd him on social media a few years ago. It was priced at £10 - would that be valid as a price listing for the submission here?

As rpbtz said, I also bought a copy of the CD edition from Nathan directly. Try messaging him on Twitter and asking if he has any more left. That's where our transaction took place.
